If, upon receiving your order, you notice that the product has arrived damaged, defective or does not match your purchase, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order via:

In order for us to investigate the issue, please provide:
* Order number
* Photographs of the product and packaging
* A description of the issue
Our team will review each case individually and offer the most appropriate solution, whether this be a replacement product or a refund.
* Returns of products that have been opened, used or tampered with will not be accepted.
* Products must be in their original packaging.
* Maison Afef Dammak Mindful Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
If the claim is approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may take between 7 and 14 working days, depending on the bank.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the treatment time will incur no charge. For cancellations made within less than 24 hours, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge 75% of the treatment price.
